No School on Wednesday, February 4
After continued evaluation of road conditions, campus access, and transportation routes, all Collierville schools will be closed on Wednesday, February 4.
We have seen progress today as some secondary roads, parking lots, and sidewalks continue to melt. However, conditions remain too hazardous for a return to school, particularly for student arrival, dismissal, and bus transportation. Ice from this historic winter storm persists on shaded neighborhood roads, sidewalks, and campus areas that are critical to safely welcoming students back. Safe transportation for students remains a non‑negotiable requirement for reopening.
We want our students and staff back in school as soon as possible, and we will continue to monitor conditions closely. The safety of our students and employees remains our highest priority.
As a reminder, Collierville Schools has eight inclement weather days built into the academic calendar, and at this time, no make-up days will be required.
