My name is Anita Swindle, and I am excited to return to the Collierville community as an assistant principal at Collierville Middle School. I have enjoyed 18 years as an educator in various roles, most recently as a central office administrator. Prior to that I was an assistant principal at Shadowlawn Middle, following 10 years as a teacher, most in the halls of Crosswind Elementary and Schilling Farms Middle. The opportunity to serve at CMS feels very much like coming home to me! My husband James is a teacher at Bolton High School, and we have two grown daughters, Katie and Samantha, who both attended Collierville schools and graduated from Collierville High School. Having been a Collierville teacher and parent, I have a true understanding and appreciation of the high standards and expectations of the Collierville community in regard to education, and look forward to working with the students, parents, faculty and staff of CMS to continue that tradition of excellence.  I am so proud to be a Dragon!
